About us
Q'mical is a distributor of raw materials for industry, based in Bogotá D.C. and operating nationwide. We serve formulators and production plants across eight industries: cosmetics, makeup, cleaning and disinfection, food and beverage, agriculture, veterinary, natural extracts and industrial chemistry.
The founding team comes from both sides of the counter: years buying ingredients for production plants and years selling them for distributors. That double life produced the diagnosis — this market has too much inventory and not enough information — and the recipe too: a transparent catalog, batch documentation and a real advisor on the other end of WhatsApp.
We're not Colombia's largest distributor and we're not trying to be. We'd rather be the one that answers first, the one that tells the truth about the batch presentation, and the one that finds you the hard-to-get item when nobody else picks up.

They're the reason a client who buys from us once tends to stay.
Physical form and specifications vary between manufacturers and batches. Our policy is to describe reference presentations and always confirm the actual technical data sheet before selling. We'd rather lose a sale than earn a complaint.
Whoever answers your WhatsApp knows the difference between an anionic and an amphoteric surfactant. If we don't know something, we check with the manufacturer — we don't improvise.
We quote fast because production doesn't wait, but every shipment leaves with its full documentation. Speed without paperwork isn't service, it's risk.
We work with international manufacturers and we also champion ingredients from Colombia and LATAM — cacao, sacha inchi, cupuazú — because the region's biodiversity is world-class raw material.

We operate from Zona industrial de Funza, Cundinamarca, shipping to the country's main cities through partner carriers, and we coordinate scheduled deliveries for plants running a production plan.
