Even preparation, predictable dyeing

The knitting oils and sizes that don't come off during preparation reappear as defects in the dyeing. Our surfactants and degreasers arrive with specifications documented per batch, and you can evaluate them on samples over your own substrate before changing the bath recipe.

Hard water, baths that fail

Iron and water hardness destabilize bleaching and produce uneven dyeing. A well-chosen chelating agent protects the bath, and we help you choose it: a technical data sheet (TDS) from the quote onward, a sample for your lab trial, and the same material, documented, on every restock.

Pack sizes at plant scale

Not every dyehouse goes through full drums. We work with reference presentations, confirmed depending on the manufacturer and batch, and we look for the pack size that matches your real consumption — from the lab trial to production — so that inventory doesn't turn into idle capital or expired product.

Linear Alkylbenzene Sulfonic Acid (LABSA)

Anionic surfactant with high detergent and foaming power, the base of most liquid and powder detergents on the market. It is neutralized with caustic soda or other bases to form the active sulfonate in the formula. It is the reference raw material for dishwashing liquids, multi-purpose detergents, and degreasers for household and institutional use.

Alkaline Protease for Detergents

Enzyme that breaks down protein-based stains such as blood, egg, milk, and sweat during laundry washing. It makes it possible to formulate well-performing detergents at low temperatures, reducing the energy consumption of washing. Used in powder detergents, liquid detergents, and enzymatic pre-wash products.

Amino Silicone Emulsion

Silicone emulsion with amino-functional groups used as a finishing softener for textiles. It provides a soft, silky hand feel, improves fabric elasticity, and facilitates sewing and ironing. It is applied by exhaustion or padding in the finishing stage depending on the substrate.

Diethylene Glycol

Higher-boiling glycol used as a slow-drying solvent, plasticizer, and wetting agent in strictly industrial applications. It is used in the manufacture of resins, inks, and textile auxiliaries, and as a gas dehydrating agent in the oil industry. It must not be used in food, pharmaceutical, or personal care applications.

Dioctyl Sodium Sulfosuccinate

Diethylhexyl Sodium Sulfosuccinate

Anionic surfactant with high wetting power and low surface tension, used as a rapid wetting agent in textile preparation and dyeing processes. It facilitates the uniform penetration of aqueous baths into hard-to-wet substrates. It is also used as a wetting agent in agricultural formulations and industrial dispersions.

Esterquat

Cationic active for fabric softeners, with a more favorable biodegradability profile than that of traditional quaternary compounds. It provides softness, static control, and ease of ironing to fabrics. It is the base of the concentrated and diluted fabric softeners on today's market.

Fatty Alcohol Ethoxylate

Nonionic surfactant with excellent wetting and degreasing power and low sensitivity to hard water. It is the base of industrial degreasers and liquid detergents aimed at greasy soils. Its nonionic character makes it easy to combine with anionic and cationic surfactants in the same formula.

Hydrogen Peroxide

Oxidizing agent used as a bleach and as an active ingredient in disinfectant and sanitizing formulations. It decomposes into water and oxygen, which makes it attractive in low-residue formulas. Used in institutional cleaning, laundry, and industrial processes in accordance with applicable regulations.
