Silicone Defoamer
- Also known as:
- Silicone antifoam · Silicone antifoam emulsion
Formulation based on polydimethylsiloxane and hydrophobic silica for foam control in aqueous processes. It acts at low dosages by breaking existing foam and preventing its reformation, with good persistence in intensely agitated systems. Compatibility with the process temperature and pH is verified in each application.

See the whole Industrial line →Amino Silicone Emulsion
Silicone emulsion with amino-functional groups used as a finishing softener for textiles. It provides a soft, silky hand feel, improves fabric elasticity, and facilitates sewing and ironing. It is applied by exhaustion or padding in the finishing stage depending on the substrate.
Mineral Oil-Based Defoamer
Defoaming formulation based on mineral oil with hydrophobic particles, designed for foam control in the manufacture and application of water-based paints. It acts both in the grinding stage and during filling, helping to reduce film defects such as craters and microbubbles. Compatibility testing is recommended for each formulation.
Sodium Hexametaphosphate
Sodium Hexametaphosphate
Polyphosphate with sequestering and dispersing properties used for hardness and scale control in water systems. It acts as a deflocculant in mineral suspensions and as a stabilizer in various industrial formulations. In food applications, its use must comply with the applicable regulations.
Sodium Polyacrylate
Sodium Polyacrylate
Low-molecular-weight acrylic polymer used as a dispersant for pigments and mineral fillers in water-based paints. It reduces grinding viscosity and improves dispersion stability, which is associated with better color development and less settling. It also acts as a scale inhibitor in water circuits.
